Following on from Marqette’s phenomenal success in 2017 in winning the prestigious Food Hall of the Year award, Marqette has now gone on to win a further award, winning Food Hall of the Year Worldwide 2018 for the second year in a row! These awards now confirm Marqette as the leading force in the airport food and beverage market worldwide today.

Since winning the award in 2017 Marqette continues its ethos of “Exceptional Food and Exceptional Service Every Day”. We are continuing to expand the brand and opened Marqette Café in Arrivals in Terminal 1 Dublin Airport in September 2017 and have just launched the hugely innovative Honest Eats concept here in Marqette Dublin. This concept, whereby customers can avail of a totally self-service option, is unique to anywhere else in the airport food and beverage market.

Bakery at Dublin Airport

Ireland’s reputation as a food island is richly deserved and it is only fitting that this is reflected in the airport. Providing freshly cooked food using the best of what Ireland has to offer is our mission and passion. I believe in cooking great food, simply.
Peter Brennan, Executive Head Chef, Marqette

  •   Clean, fresh and tasty. And that is just ‘Chef’. Delighted to be told that there is a seating area for 420 people to enjoy their freshly prepared food. It is almost worth flying anywhere to eat here. Very helpful and considerate!

Ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs were hard and cold, absolutely no taste. You have to take your own toast as it is a self service, so it was also cold... Really disappointed, I wouldn’t advice you to go, it’s wasting money !

I was here for the first time for a drink. It’s more comfortable and less chaotic than some of the other airport bars. The bar man was friendly and personable too which you don’t get so often in airports.

I actually much prefer travelling though T1 than T2 and it's pretty much all down to this restaurant. There is so many different option for food that it's impossible not to get something you will enjoy. Always busy and buzzing.
