Following on from Marqette’s phenomenal success in 2017 in winning the prestigious Food Hall of the Year award, Marqette has now gone on to win a further award, winning Food Hall of the Year Worldwide 2018 for the second year in a row! These awards now confirm Marqette as the leading force in the airport food and beverage market worldwide today.

Since winning the award in 2017 Marqette continues its ethos of “Exceptional Food and Exceptional Service Every Day”. We are continuing to expand the brand and opened Marqette Café in Arrivals in Terminal 1 Dublin Airport in September 2017 and have just launched the hugely innovative Honest Eats concept here in Marqette Dublin. This concept, whereby customers can avail of a totally self-service option, is unique to anywhere else in the airport food and beverage market.

Bakery at Dublin Airport

Ireland’s reputation as a food island is richly deserved and it is only fitting that this is reflected in the airport. Providing freshly cooked food using the best of what Ireland has to offer is our mission and passion. I believe in cooking great food, simply.
Peter Brennan, Executive Head Chef, Marqette

Marqette sets a new standard for food service at Dublin Airport, offering customers and staff food to go, food on the slow and food on the fly which would allow people to take their food on board. We are sourcing the best quality produce from passionate local suppliers of North County Dublin and our menus reflect seasonal availability. We are delighted to be located within The Loop and we look forward to wowing passengers and staff with our naturally based food offering.

Very good airport bar. Just the place to have a few drinks and a bit of breakfast before holiday flight. Great selection of beers. There are also handy plug sockets for last minute device charging. Felt we were finally going on holiday.
